At Guided Steps, we provide high-quality ABA therapy focused on fostering independence, building confidence, and enhancing your child’s quality of life.
Our mission is to enhance the lives of individuals with ASD and other developmental needs by providing care rooted in Love, Hope and Compassion.

We believe every child deserves meaningful opportunities to grow and succeed through personalized interventions designed to support their unique journey.
Paraprofessional ABA therapy refers to direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services provided by a trained behavior technician under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
The paraprofessional works one-on-one with the child to implement individualized treatment goals designed by the BCBA. These sessions focus on teaching new skills, increasing positive behaviors, and reducing behaviors that may interfere with learning and daily functioning.
Caregiver-led ABA therapy is a service model in which parents, guardians, or other primary caregivers are the primary individuals implementing ABA strategies and interventions with their child. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides training, coaching, and ongoing guidance to help caregivers effectively support their child's development and behavior goals.
Caregiver training is a core component of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that focuses on teaching parents, guardians, and other caregivers the skills and strategies needed to support their child's development and behavioral goals. Through training and coaching provided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), caregivers learn how to apply ABA principles in everyday situations to promote meaningful and lasting progress.
